MAVEN LLC ("Maven LLC," "us," "we," "our") is a legally registered entity in the United Arab Emirates, operating under the jurisdiction of the DIEZ free zone. We operate the website [https://maventrading.com] (the "Site") and all associated products and services that refer to these legal conditions (the "Legal Terms"), collectively known as the "Services."

A CRITICAL NOTICE: It is important to understand that all accounts provided to our clients are demo accounts with simulated funds, and all trading activities are conducted in a simulated trading environment. This platform is for evaluation and funding opportunities, not for providing direct investment services.
We must also provide this ESSENTIAL INVESTMENT DISCLAIMER: No part of the services we provide should be interpreted as an investment service under UAE or international law. We do not offer investment advice, guidance, or recommendations. Furthermore, we do not accept customer funds or deliver regulated financial services. All trading is strictly simulated with virtual funds.
Payments for our services are nonrefundable and are made exclusively for the purpose of evaluation. Your registration payment grants you immediate access to our evaluation platform, models, and services. As such, once a payment is made, a refund cannot be issued.
2. Registration and Eligibility
To ensure a compliant and fair environment for all users, we have specific requirements for registration and eligibility.
- Capacity and Age Requirements: Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. All users must have the legal capacity to enter legally binding contracts. For corporate entities, we require proper authorization documents.
- Geographic Constraints: Our services are offered globally, but they may not be available in locations where they are restricted by local laws, statutory provisions, economic embargos, or trade restrictions, or where they are explicitly excluded by our internal risk management policies.
- Registration Requirements: Each person is allowed to register only once. Creating multiple accounts with different email addresses is strictly prohibited. The information you provide during registration must always be correct, complete, current, and truthful. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information.
- KYC and Compliance Verification: We may ask you to complete an onboarding process that includes identity verification, address confirmation, and source of funds verification. For high-risk profiles, we may perform enhanced due diligence to comply with UAE AML/CFT regulations. Any client who fails to complete the necessary KYC verification will not be allowed to maintain an active account. Transactions made without proper verification are considered invalid.
3. Services Description
Our platform offers a range of services designed to evaluate and develop trading skills.
- Platform Services: MAVEN provides proprietary trading evaluation programs, paper trading accounts with virtual money, trading education, and performance-based funding opportunities. We also offer risk management tools, analytics, and professional development programs.
- Account Types: We have five distinct account types, each with its own set of rules and targets:
- MAVEN (Two-Step Program): This program requires an 8% profit target in Phase One and a 5% target in Phase Two. It has a 8% maximum loss limit (static from the initial balance), a 4% maximum daily loss limit based on the higher of equity or balance at 00:00 UTC+0. The profit split is 80%, with payouts available every 10 business days. You must meet three minimum profitable trading days of 0.5% on each phase to progress. A profitable trading day is counted as the day the trade(s) were opened.
- Maven (One-Step Program): This is a single-phase program with a 8% profit target. It has a 5% maximum trailing loss limit, a 3% maximum daily loss limit based on the higher of equity or balance at 00:00 UTC+0. The profit split is 80%, with payouts available every 10 business days.
- Maven Instant: This program has a 3% minimum payout requirement, a trailing 3% maximum loss from the highest equity, and a maximum daily loss of 2% based on the higher of equity or balance at 00:00 UTC+0. It offers an 80% profit split with payouts available every 10 business days.
- Maven Mini: This program lasts for 24 hours only, you have to meet a consistency score of 20%, a 3% minimum profit and no floating loss greater than 1%. It offers an 80% profit split with payouts available on demand within that 24 hour period.
- Maven Three-Step: This program has three steps, each of which have a 3% profit target, a 2% daily drawdown based on the higher of equity or balance at 00:00 UTC+0 and a 3% max drawdown (static from the initial balance). The profit split is 80%, with payouts available every 10 business days.
- Regulatory Compliance: Our operations are fully compliant with UAE financial regulations and relevant DIFC/DMCC/ADGM requirements. As a proprietary trading platform using only company capital for simulated accounts, we operate entirely within the legal frameworks of the UAE.
4. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Usage
To ensure a fair and secure environment, all users must adhere to specific responsibilities and avoid certain activities.
- Acceptable Trading Practices: Users are required to engage only in legitimate trading strategies, follow all platform rules and risk management parameters, and conduct themselves with professional integrity. You must also comply with all relevant legislation and rules.
- Strictly Prohibited Activities: The following are strictly forbidden:
- Account Sharing: You are not allowed to share your credentials or allow others to use your account.
- Automated Trading: Using Expert Advisors (EAs), bots, or other automated systems is prohibited unless you have received prior approval from us.
- Prop Firm Employees: Traders associated with other proprietary trading firms are not permitted to use our services.
- Cheating: Using The Demo Trader inefficiencies such as High-Frequency Trading, Toxic Trading Order Flow, Long/Short arbitrage, reverse arbitrage, tick scalping, and server execution. You cannot copy trade from another individual, if found, both users will be breached.
- Reverse/Group Hedging: Using your account to bet in one direction on a singular trade against another account, as this is an attempt at reversing the trade of another account for a 100% chance of winning.
- Hedging: You cannot exclusively hedge through a challenge or live account. Numerous malicious EA hedging bots aim to exploit the demo-trading environment, and we cannot accurately copy your trading onto a live server. If we see your account is exclusively hedging, we will ask you to provide the EA you have used (if applicable).
- EA: EAs are not permitted under any circumstances across all our platforms.
- Gamifying: An attempt to not trade and just play random odds of winning, betting solely on the maximum drawdown/take profits of the challenge. An attempt to not trade but instead play random odds of winning. Rather risking a large percentage of your account on single bets with a 1:1.25 or lower risk-to-reward ratio. In essence, it's just gamifying the challenge, not trading.
- Note: A 'trade' can be determined as a position held by the trader on a specific pair. 'Trade' may be one or multiple entries with similar timings and lot sizes. A trade could be determined by multiple entries on the same pair at the same time. Trades with vastly smaller lot sizes will NOT count as a trade. If your account is flagged, you must rerun the challenge.
- Your account will be terminated if you perform any of these actions.
- Toxic Trading Behaviour: This includes, but is not limited to, latency arbitrage trading, tick scalping and high-frequency trading, news-driven trading strategies that violate parameters, reverse trading (group hedging), single betting plans, all-or-nothing trading strategies, and server flooding. A full list of all prohibited activities is available upon request.
- Prohibitions Against News Trading: For all accounts, you may not place new trades or close existing trades within 2 minutes before or after "Red Folder" news events listed on Forex Factory. You may hold positions that were opened more than 2 minutes before a news event.
5. Trading and Risk Management Regulations
Our platform has specific rules to manage risk and ensure consistency.
- Maximum Exposure Rules: MAVEN INSTANT and INSTANT MINI has a 1% maximum risk per trade.
- Consistency Requirements: MAVEN INSTANT and INSTANT MINI requires a 20% consistency score and a 3% minimum profit to be eligible for a withdrawal.
- Account Activity Requirements: Accounts must not be dormant for more than 30 calendar days. Inactivity is defined as having no executed trades. Weekend holdings are permitted for all account types.
- If we notice excessive trading on your account without appropriate risk management, we may limit your trading to 1% risk, whereby if ever your account equity drops beneath 1% of your account balance, this will breach the account. We have the discretion to do this at any point within your trading journey.
6. Payment Terms and Policies
We offer various payment methods and have a clear policy on fees and refunds.
- Accepted Payment Components: We accept Bank Transfers and Cryptocurrency
- Pricing Structure: All fees are clearly stated in USD. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. There are no hidden fees or charges, and evaluation fees are nonrefundable except after receiving three payouts.
- Refund and Cancellation Policy: All purchases are considered final, non-cancellable, and non-returnable. Since our services are delivered instantly upon payment, we do not offer refunds for evaluation programs or accessed content. Subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of the current term. Please note our Payment Dispute Policy: Disputing payments negatively affects our operations. Users who dispute payments will have their accounts permanently banned.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with relevant regulations.
- UAE Compliance: We strictly adhere to UAE Federal Decree-Law No. (45) of 2021 regarding personal data privacy, as well as DIFC/DMCC/ADGM data protection regulations and global privacy standards.
- Data Collection and Utilization: We collect and process your data for several purposes: account management, service delivery, evaluation of trading skills, risk management, compliance monitoring, customer support, and to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
- Data Rights: You have the right to access and correct your personal data, request its deletion (subject to legal requirements), and request data portability. You also have the right to file complaints with regulatory authorities.
- Data Security: We use industry-standard encryption and security measures, secure storage and transfer of information, and conduct regular security audits. Under UAE law, we must retain data for a minimum of five years.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property associated with our services belongs to us.
- Company Ownership: All content, including the website, software, algorithms, trading tools, educational materials, trademarks, and intellectual property, is the exclusive property of MAVEN LLC, except for licensed third-party products.
- Restricted License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our platform for evaluation purposes, to view and use trading tools, and to download permitted materials for your personal reference.
- User Submissions: By providing us with your trading strategies, feedback, or any other content, you grant us a royalty-free license to use that information for the purpose of improving our platform and for risk management.
9. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Our services may be integrated with third-party platforms.
- Platform Integrations: Our services may be integrated with Meta Trader 5, Match trader, payment processors, risk management systems, and other communication tools.
- Third-Party Compliance: You must comply with the terms of these third-party platforms. We are not responsible for any service interruptions from these third parties, and their restrictions may limit the availability of our services.
- Service Interruptions: MAVEN will not be held responsible for any loss of service caused by third-party providers, platform migrations, upgrades, or technical maintenance periods.
10. Performance Evaluation and Funding
Our process for evaluation and funding is based on simulated performance.
- Evaluation Process: All trading occurs in virtual environments. Your performance is tracked against specific criteria, and we regularly review your trading behaviours and compliance. We may also conduct risk interviews.
- Qualification for Funding: Traders who successfully meet all requirements may be eligible for simulated funded accounts with larger virtual capital, profit-sharing plans based on simulated performance, advanced trading tools, and professional development opportunities.
- Profit Distribution: Profit splits are based on simulated account performance, and the payout frequency varies by account type. Transfers are made after verification of compliance, and minimum payout thresholds apply.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- Liability Exclusions: Under UAE law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are also not liable for trading losses, lost opportunities, platform downtime, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
- Maximum Liability: Our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in the one-month period prior to the claim.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved according to the laws of the UAE.
- Governing Law: This agreement is governed by UAE law and the specific laws of the DIEZ Freezone.
- Dispute Resolution Process: The process involves four steps:
- Informal Solution: Direct communication to resolve the issue within 30 days.
- Mediation: If an informal solution fails, we will use UAE-approved mediation services.
- Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, binding arbitration will take place under UAE Arbitration Law.
- Court Proceedings: The courts in Al 'Ulan, UAE, will be the final resort.
- Jurisdiction: The courts in Al 'Ulan, United Arab Emirates, have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters that arise from these Terms.
13. Termination
Both users and the company have the right to terminate an account under specific conditions.
- User Termination: You can cancel your account at any time. Any ongoing evaluations will continue until their completion. We do not provide refunds for terminated accounts.
- Company Termination: We may close an account due to a violation of our Terms, illegal or unethical behaviour, failure of compliance verification, risk management concerns, prolonged account inactivity or breaching these terms and conditions. Maven LLC has the right to terminate an account as it seems appropriate.
- Effects of Termination: Termination results in the immediate cessation of platform access, and we will retain your data according to legal requirements. Any outstanding obligations will survive termination.
14. Confidentiality
We maintain an expectation of strict confidentiality regarding communications and proprietary information.
- Communication Confidentiality: All communication with MAVEN users, including emails, platform messages, and support interactions, is considered strictly confidential.
- Non-Disclosure Agreement: By using our services, you agree not to disclose, use, reproduce, or distribute confidential communications or proprietary information without our written permission. You agree also not to defame Maven LLC on social media and review sites, doing this will lead to account termination and further action when necessary.
15. Responsible Trading Policy
We are committed to promoting responsible trading practices.
- Our Commitment: MAVEN provides clear risk management guidelines, educational resources, performance monitoring, and professional development opportunities to encourage responsible trading.
- Optimal Practices: We encourage users to develop clear trading plans, set realistic goals, avoid gambling-style behaviours, stay informed about market conditions, and take regular breaks.
- Consequences of Non-Compliance: Violating this policy may result in account warnings, evaluation program suspension, account termination, forfeiture of virtual profits, or a permanent platform ban. Maven reserves the right to forfeit a traders virtual profits when deemed necessary.
16. Amendments and Revisions
We may update these Terms and our services over time.
- Terms Amendments: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our sole discretion. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the altered Terms.
- Service Updates: We frequently update platform rules and features, and we will provide prior notice for system maintenance whenever possible. We may also introduce new products and services.
17. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and MAVEN regarding our services.
- Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
- Assignment: You cannot transfer your rights without our written permission. We, however, retain the right to transfer our rights and obligations.
- Force Majeure: We are not responsible for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- Language: These Terms are prepared in English. In the case of any translations, the English version will prevail.
User Acknowledgement
By using the Maven platform, you acknowledge and agree that all trading activities are simulated and do not involve real capital.
You confirm that you understand the nature of simulated trading and that no investment advice is provided.
You agree that any profits or losses incurred on the platform are virtual and do not reflect actual financial outcomes.
Fair Use Policy
Users must not exploit platform bugs, loopholes, or technical vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages.
Any attempt to manipulate the evaluation system or bypass trading rules will result in immediate termination of access.
Maven reserves the right to investigate and act against any misuse of the platform.
Platform Downtime Policy
In the event of platform outages or scheduled maintenance, all evaluations will be paused until services are restored.
Users will be notified in advance of any planned downtime, and evaluation periods may be extended accordingly.
Maven is not liable for any disruptions caused by unforeseen technical issues but will make reasonable efforts to resume services promptly.
Community Conduct
Users participating in Maven's community channels (e.g., Discord, Telegram, forums) must adhere to respectful and professional behaviour.
Harassment, hate speech, spam, and other disruptive conduct are strictly prohibited.
Violations of community guidelines may result in suspension or permanent ban from the platform and its associated services.
By using MAVEN's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. We provide a professional and compliant environment for trader development under the regulatory guidelines of the UAE.
