Maven Trading is thrilled to welcome Ryan Lepper as our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Ryan is well known in the prop firm space and is joining us with over two decades of experience in business and finance. We couldn’t be more excited about the expertise and energy he’s bringing to the team!

Ryan’s Journey

Ryan started out managing a family business before transitioning to the finance world. With an MBA and a degree in finance, he quickly climbed the ranks, becoming one of the youngest vice presidents at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. in Michigan. 

As many in the industry know, Ryan was most recently active as COO for another prop firm, where he truly made his mark. His vision is to make finance accessible to everyone, regardless of their experience or capital. Under his leadership, the company became known for fast payouts and top-notch customer service.
