Account sent while I remained with 1.5$ balance.... On other firms I was going to lose the money but with maven after contacting the support immediately got helped and received my account

The support team and the maven group is the best so far I had 20$ in my account and I wanted to buy 5k$ for 22$ but there was a 10% discount so I proceeded in my crypto to transfer the money before I realized it there's Blockchain fees and my balance was insufficient but my wallet still deducted 19$ minus charges thus I remaind with a balance of 1.5$ and if I didn't complete the payment my little 19$ would disappear ,,, thus I lost hope, thinking my Money is gone .
