Target restrictions need to remove

It's a suggestion to remove target limit, consistency rule still acceptable but due to Target most people loose temper especially when so close. I personally breached my 20k account 1 at when was 580 & second at 597 so just for 3$ less of 600 when so close for 3% target for 1st withdrawal all vanished.It gives a lot Demotivation. please review
