Maven Trading — Absolutely Outstanding Experience

Honestly, Maven Trading has made an incredibly strong impression on me. I’ve interacted with different prop firms and customer support teams before, but the experience I’ve had with Maven has genuinely stood out. From the moment I contacted their support team, the communication has been extremely fast, professional, transparent, and genuinely helpful. A special shoutout to Edward from the Maven team. His response time was honestly impressive. Every time I had a question, I received a response incredibly quickly, and he was patient enough to answer everything clearly. Whether I was asking about account pricing, transaction fees, discount codes, or purchasing multiple funded accounts, he made sure I understood everything properly. What I appreciate most about Maven is the transparency. I even asked if there was a possibility of getting an additional discount for purchasing two $5K Step 2 accounts. Edward provided me with the ETERNAL 10% code, and when I asked if there was anything more available, he checked and honestly told me that there wasn’t another way to reduce the price. That level of straightforward communication is something I really value. Even when the answer isn’t exactly what you hoped for, knowing that the team is being honest and actually checking for you makes a huge difference. Because of this experience, Maven is the prop firm I feel most comfortable coming back to for my funded accounts. I’m planning to purchase two $5K Step 2 accounts, and I’m genuinely excited to continue my journey with Maven. The support experience alone has been 10/10 for me. Fast replies. Clear answers. Professional communication. No unnecessary complications. No being left waiting. And most importantly, a support team that actually listens to the customer. I also really appreciate the fact that Maven values trader feedback and gives customers an opportunity to share their experience. That says a lot about how seriously the company takes its community. A massive thank you to Edward for the amazing support and to the entire Maven Trading team for creating such a smooth customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to Maven for my funded accounts, and I’m looking forward to continuing with the platform. If my experience with the support team so far is anything to go by, Maven has earned my trust and my continued business. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Thank you, Maven Trading!

PHL

One of the best and creative prop firms available today.

Service is excellent, from options of evaluation programs, pricing, and customer support.

Cheap and reliable at the same time

Maven is such a great prop firm for a guy like me who lives in a third world country. Because maven is the only firm who offers accounts at very cheap price. And at the same time, reliable as well. And the thing I like the most about maven is their customer care service. Like...everytime I encountered a problem, they got it solved in no time. Best wishes.
