Excellent Company

I am a new subscriber. The experience so far with the company has been top-notch. I suggest the daily drawdown should be reviewed for more flexibility and access to risk free trade. Maven team, keep the good work!

fast setup and a responsive support system, Maven is a top-tier choice

My experience with Maven Trading’s administrative side has been excellent. The KYC process was incredibly smooth and automated; I was verified and had my account credentials delivered in under an hour, which is much faster than many other prop firms. The customer support team is equally impressive. I reached out via their support email, and a moderator responded to my query within minutes. They were professional, clear about the rules, and didn't use canned responses. It’s rare to find a firm that feels this accessible and transparent during the onboarding phase. If you value a fast setup and a responsive support system, Maven is a top-tier choice

Maven is the best

Maven is amazing. Prices can’t be beat and customer service is A+. I just had an issue of a trade not wanting to close. It did take a few hours to get fixed but they promised me that if I was in profit and the trade went against me that they would give me that profit back. Thank the lord the trade stayed in profit and once it was fixed I was able to close it with profit. They are always willing to help with any issue. I truly love Maven and wouldn’t use any other prop firm At the moment.

Swift customer service. Thank you

Excellent Support

I accidentally booked the wrong platform when purchasing the challenge, and at first, I felt quite disappointed, thinking I might be stuck using a platform I didn’t like, especially since other prop firms had refused to help with similar issues in the past. Still, I decided to reach out to Maven support. To my surprise, their team responded quickly, understood the situation, and promptly fixed my account. This experience truly gave me the good signals that Maven is on the trader’s side.
